Teneo worked with one of the UK’s largest elderly care home operators to develop a meaningful portfolio segmentation using a data-based tool that recognizes the competitive potential of individual and cohorts of homes and helped prioritize investments and plan activity to maximize return across the portfolio.

Due diligence and transaction support

Teneo supported one of Europe’s largest veterinary care provider groups to free up clinical capacity to optimize the workforce in its portfolio of vet clinics. This included identifying, assessing and prioritizing opportunities for more efficient ways of working to support the company in meeting growing demand despite the industry-wide shortage of vets and veterinary nurses, while maintaining a high-quality service.

Example Case Study

Teneo worked with one of the UK’s largest private hospital operators, providing strategic project management (PMO) support for the implementation of a new Radiology Information System and OrderComms system. This included standing-up a robust project governance structure and providing hands-on support to implement new processes and workflows, standardize artifacts and develop systems architecture design.
