Cazoo Group Ltd (“the Company”) was placed into Voluntary Liquidation by an ordinary resolution passed at an extraordinary meeting of the Company held on 2 July 2024. Neema Griffin and David Soden of Teneo were appointed as Joint Voluntary Liquidators (“JVLs”) of the Company.

The JVLs filed an application to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the “Court”) on 6 August 2024 to continue the voluntary liquidation under the supervision of the Court. The Company was placed into Official Liquidation on 15 August 2024 by order of the Court (“Supervision Order”) and David Philip Soden and I have been appointed as Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”) of the Company.”
