Zoë Watt has nearly 20 years of experience as a communications adviser to corporate leaders and companies, having worked in financial communications and investor relations across multiple sectors, situations and geographies.
Her in-house stints at both major corporations and smaller players mean that she has direct experience of what a client wants and needs from a consultancy in terms of reputation advice, strategy and execution. Currently she is focused on supporting her industrial, media and luxury clients given the challenges they face – huge industry disruption compounded by macroeconomic volatility – enabling them to manage their reputations by advising on the required strategy, narrative and approach to engage effectively with key external and internal stakeholders.
Prior to joining Teneo, Zoë worked for other leading international agencies including Finsbury, where for eight years she managed retail, financial services and mining clients, worked on several high profile M&A and IPO transactions and also specialised in Best Practice corporate and sustainability reporting. Highlights of her career include the 12 IPOs she has worked on since 2002 ranging in value from £20m to €4bn.
Zoë began her career in 2001 at Citibank, Geneva, after obtaining a 2.II MA Hons in French Language and Literature at Glasgow University.
