Ye Zhang is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Valuation Advisory Services practice in London, with particular experience in restructuring and early-stage company valuations.
Ye’s experience covers various valuation assignments including valuations in the context of restructuring, transactional valuations of businesses for M&A and fundraising purposes, providing valuations of start-up companies, expert witness assignments, valuations in the context of disputes, and intangible asset valuations.
Ye is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder with degrees from Tsinghua University (Bachelor of Engineering) and The London School of Economics (MSc in Management & Strategy).
