Victoria Boxall is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London.

Victoria joined Teneo in 2023, following the firm’s acquisition of Tulchan Communications. Victoria has over 10 years’ experience in Investment Banking, including most recently, 8 years with Oakley Advisory, where she focused on fundraising and M&A for public and private companies across the TMT and Online sectors.

Throughout her career, Victoria has worked closely with a wide range of public companies, both UK based and International, AIM and main market, advising Board’s and senior management on their interaction with the capital markets and broader company strategy. Victoria has significant experience in advising companies through various corporate transactions, including IPOs, secondary transactions, take-private’s and acquisitions, and has a broad network of relationships across both the buy-side and sell-side communities.
