Verity Symes is the Senior People Partner, Global People Advisory and S&C UK, having joined the firm following Teneo’s acquisition of Ridgeway in 2020.

Verity joined Ridgeway in 2009 after working in the Middle East for a number of years and played a fundamental role in the growth of the company from a founder led business to the global boutique it is today. On acquisition, Verity became Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all operational and people matters, as well as the growth strategy and integration into the wider business. In May 2023, Verity became Global People Partner for our People Advisory business, and Regional People Partner, EMEA for our combined businesses. In this dual role, she is responsible for developing the overall people strategy for the business/geography.

Verity is an Associate Member of the CIPD, one of our Mental Health First Aiders, and a certified Hogan Assessor.
