Tristram is a Senior Managing Director in Teneo’s global technology practice, with extensive experience of strategic, transformational and transaction-led engagements for both public and private software businesses.

He has a particular focus on helping clients manage the commercial, product, operational and profitability challenges involved in the move towards cloud. These often include market strategy, customer lifecycle development, revenue model evolution and operating model change. Prior to joining Teneo in 2013, he read history at the University of Cambridge.
