Tom Coldwell is a Senior Director in Teneo’s Management Consulting division who advises a range of clients on strategic transformation topics.

He specialises in supporting businesses design and execute major change programmes, with particular expertise in organisational design, cost optimisation, post-merger integration, and value creation.

Tom is also a member of Teneo’s Technology leadership team, and has extensive experience working with CEOs of both enterprise and SME Tech and Tech-enabled businesses to drive top-line growth and M&A activity.

Prior to joining Teneo, Tom read History at the University of Edinburgh, before completing his graduate studies in the History of Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania.
