Tia Di Salvo is a Senior Vice President in Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Washington, DC. She is a trusted and effective reputation strategist, helping some of the world’s most well-known organizations manage high stakes matters.
Tia advises executive teams operating in complex policy, legal, and regulatory environments, by crafting impactful thought leadership, managing strategic stakeholder engagement programs, and mitigating reputational risks. She brings a sharp understanding of the intersection between business and public affairs, equipping clients with the strategies needed to navigate scrutiny, shape public debates, and safeguard their long-term reputations and licenses to operate.
Tia also serves as Chief of Staff for Teneo’s DC office, helping drive the firm’s strategic growth, operations, and corporate positioning in the Beltway. She works closely with senior leadership to strengthen Teneo’s presence and expand its capabilities in the region.
Before joining Teneo, Tia was part of the corporate issues and capital markets team at global PR agency Weber Shandwick in New York City, where she advised on M&A, litigation, and public affairs campaigns.
Tia holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and political science from Hofstra University. She is a member of New York Women in Communications’ Scholarship Committee, helping interview and select the next generation of female leaders in media, communications, and related fields.
