Redefining the paradigm of Arabic communication, Thabet draws upon his formative years in the UAE media sphere as a journalist and splices these learnings with his impassioned talent for strategic communications. This has resulted in him producing endearing Arabic content for many leading local and international brands.
Before joining Teneo, Thabet worked in the Business department at Al Khaleej newspaper in UAE. He then transitioned to MSL Group and began his career in public relations and strategic communications, where he spent over 8 years leading the Arabic content department.
Thabet is knowledgeable in both local and regional markets, with more than 10 years of experience and a strong sense of the cultural and social characteristics, norms, trends, and specific tastes of the region’s various locales, which is evidently applied across all aspects of his work. His previous experience as a journalist gives him a unique insider perspective into drafting news stories that are both interesting and insightful for the GCC media.
