Stuart Pugh is an Associate Director with Teneo in London, having Joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Stuart is a chartered accountant with 10+ years financial services experience including c.6 years corporate finance experience having joined Deloitte Special Situations M&A team in 2018.

Stuart specialises in advising clients on M&A solutions for stressed and distressed businesses facing complex, challenging and typically time sensitive circumstances. He has developed a broad ranging situational skillset that has enabled him to deliver successful M&A outcomes (across a range of sectors) by navigating various financial, legal and operational challenges while also managing the differing demands of relevant stakeholders.
