Shannon Cox is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.

Shannon has over 12 years of investment banking experience with a focus on providing a broad spectrum of capital structure solutions to both sponsor and non-sponsor backed clients across a range of sectors. Shannon advises clients on acquisition financings, refinancings, ARR financings and new debt raises across a range of situations with a focus on performing credit.

Prior to joining Teneo, Shannon was a Director in the Capital Advisory Group at DC Advisory having been in the team for over 4 years. Prior to that Shannon worked in the Debt Advisory team at Alantra in London and the Capital Advisory team at Grant Samuel in Australia. Shannon started his career at Deutsche Bank in the infrastructure and utilities coverage team.
