Seán Earley is a Managing Director at Teneo, specializing in digital communications, social strategy, and AI-driven innovation.
As Co-Lead of Teneo’s AI Working Group, he drives upskilling programs and client workshops to explore the transformative role of AI in corporate strategy. He also leads the development of Teneo digital offering in Europe, creating digital campaigns that address public affairs, corporate communications, and employee engagement challenges.
Seán holds qualifications in Artificial Intelligence for Business from University College Dublin and an Advanced Certificate in Communications Planning from the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in London. His thought leadership includes contributions to BoardAgenda, The New York Times and ChiefExecutive.net, where he examines the impact of AI in the boardroom.
Seán’s career includes building and scaling digital capabilities at Slattery Communications, where he integrated creative services like graphic design and video production. Recognized as a leader in digital marketing, he frequently contributes to Irish media outlets such as The Irish Times, Irish Independent and RTÉ Radio.
His client portfolio spans global healthcare, FMCG and corporate sectors, with a track record of award-winning campaigns for clients such as Honeywell and JDE Peet’s. He collaborates globally through Teneo Global Studio to deliver innovative content solutions for international clients.
Seán has been shortlisted twice for the PRCA Young Communications Professional of the Year in Ireland and was a finalist for Young Digital Professional of the Year 2018. He has served on the Digital Expert Group for the European Beverage Council and as a Board Director for the Irish Internet Association.
A Dubliner, Seán holds a BSc. in Multimedia from Dublin City University and has collaborated with the Digital Marketing Institute to develop their Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Selling and Social Media Management.
