Over 25 years, he has built a unique track record as a strategist and coach while partnering with organizations to get people decisions right, maximize the potential of leaders and their teams, build an environment that puts people in the best position to succeed and futureproof the organization over the long-term.
He has been quoted and published in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Forbes, Bloomberg, Harvard Business Review, Strategy+, and Personnel Psychology, among others. Scott has delivered speaking engagements at Board and Executive forums on leadership, culture, team effectiveness, the future of work, and organizational agility.
Prior to joining Teneo, Scott led Organizational Analytics globally for McKinsey & Company and was a senior member of the Katzenbach Center at Strategy& (now part of PwC). He also led Performance Management at Google, Leadership Development at GE Digital and Organizational Transformation at Health Care Service Corporation. He has M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from DePaul University, with a B.A. from Penn State University.
