Ryan Pammen

Associate Director

Ryan Pammen is an Associate Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Ryan specialises in providing M&A solutions to clients facing challenging, complex or business critical issues where specialist situational expertise and experience is key to delivering the optimal outcome.

He is ACA qualified and has 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, including advising on transactions across Special Situations M&A, Mainstream M&A and Debt Advisory.

  • Arcadia Group (Administration AMA, Retail) – Lead sell-side M&A adviser on the sale of all of the Group’s 7 brands (Topshop, Topman, Dororthy Perkins etc.) to leading “pure play” retailers.
  • Karen Millen (AMA, Retail) – Lead sell-side M&A adviser on the successful “pre-pack” sale of the brand to an online competitor.
  • Missguided (AMA, Retail) – Lead sell-side M&A adviser on the sale of Missguided to a strategic investor.
