Rosa Hogerzeil is a Senior Consultant with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Amsterdam.

Rosa joined Teneo at the start of its Amsterdam office in April 2023. She specializes in public affairs and strategic communications. She supports clients across a range of industries in their interactions with policymakers, media and other stakeholders in both the Netherlands and Europe. Additionally, she offers strategic, crisis and financial communications guidance during periods of transformation, opportunity and challenge.

Prior to joining Teneo, Rosa headed the public affairs team at Lightyear, a scale up producing the Netherlands’ own solar electric car, focusing on shaping dialogue around energy efficiency and clean mobility and supporting public funding initiatives. Previously, she worked at Royal DSM in external affairs and UN public-private partnerships.

Rosa holds a MSc in Business Administration from the VU Amsterdam and a BA (Honours) in Political Sciences and International Relations from Amsterdam University College. She is fluent in English and Dutch.
