Rosa is consultant with Teneo’s business in the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam.​

Rosa specializes in public affairs and strategic communications. Prior to joining Teneo, Rosa headed the public affairs team at Lightyear, a Dutch scale up producing the first solar electric vehicle, focusing on shaping dialogue around energy efficiency and clean mobility and supporting public funding initiatives. Previously, she worked at Royal DSM in external affairs and UN public-private partnerships.​

Rosa holds a BA in Political Sciences and International Relations from Amsterdam University College and a MSc in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam. She is fluent in English and Dutch.
