Roberto Cabral Duran
Jose Roberto Cabral Duran is a Vice President with the Strategy and Communications team in North America.
Roberto has extensive experience working with clients around the world on high-profile engagement planning, issues and crisis management, strategic risk management, and geopolitical communications with a focus on climate risks, political risk and risks of integrity. During his time with Teneo, he has supported companies and international organizations across the Humanitarian, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Professional Sports sectors in risk assessments, scenario planning, crisis management and live crisis response.
Before joining Teneo, Roberto worked with the University College London’s COVID19 Policy Response Unit. He has over four years of political experience in Mexico, Latin America and as a Mexican delegate to the G20, where he has led teams in charge of policy development and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Roberto has been an advisor for national political campaigns in the region.
Roberto is based in Mexico City and is one of Teneo’s subject matter experts for Latin America. He holds a BA in Economics from Anahuac University Mexico and an MSc in Public Policy from the University College London (UCL).
