Rob Pritchard is a Managing Director with the Restructuring practice within Teneo’s Financial Advisory business.
Prior to joining Teneo, Rob was a Director in the Restructuring team at PwC. He has 15 years of experience as an advisor and specialises in assisting corporates that require balance sheet or operational change. He has worked with a broad range of stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, lenders and investors to implement value-enhancing solutions, encompassing a range of industries and territories.
Rob has a particular focus in supporting direct lenders in assessing their exposure and strategic options and has worked on a number of recent high-profile restructurings with this key stakeholder group. He predominantly works with mid-market companies and is now based in the North West after having previously spent time in the South East and London.
Rob has a bachelor’s degree in Financial and Business Economics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He is ACA and JIEB qualified as well as a fellow of the ICAEW.
