Rebecca Meredith Mann is an Associate Director with Teneo’s People Advisory business, having joined the firm following Teneo’s acquisition of Ridgeway.
Rebecca delivers on non executive and chair appointments across FTSE main market, AIM listed, Pre-IPO and other businesses. She excels in making diverse appointments and introducing next generation talent to boards. She leads the People Advisory DE&I Steering Committee and is Co-Chair of the Teneo Multicultural Employee Representation Group
Prior to joining Teneo, Rebecca worked for Odgers Berndtson, specialising in bringing commercial talent onto government boards. She also chaired the company’s internal Ethnicity Allies Group. Rebecca started her career appointing finance professionals within the financial services sector. Rebecca spent her earlier career at Michael Page and Hays working within the financial services sector. She brings a strong understanding of international markets and is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
Rebecca has a BA in Economics and Finance from Durham University.
