Rebecca Evans

Associate Director

Rebecca Evans has over a decade of experience spanning the restructuring spectrum, from options analysis to contingency planning and business  and cash flow reviews.

Rebecca joined Teneo as part of its acquisition of Deloitte’s Restructuring team. Whilst her core geography is London, Rebecca spent the last year based in Teneo’s New York office where she helped build out Teneo’s US Financial Advisory Practice.

Rebecca is currently on secondment to UK Government Investments, where she advises the UK government on stressed situations which impact UK plc, helping to resolve matters of national interest. Hallmarks of her approach are an ability to quickly establish rapport, grasp complex situations & distil advice into a digestible form for a range of stakeholders.

Career highlights include leading on forecasting and funding requirement for the Bulb Special Administration through unprecedented energy market volatility, advising the largest single creditor to Thomas Cook plc on protecting their position through the restructuring and eventual collapse of Thomas Cook plc and working with the Cabinet Office, following the appointment of Administrators over Carillion, to understand HMG’s exposure to another plc where continuity of service was critical.

Rebecca holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and is ACA qualified.
