Rebecca Aryee is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London. She advises clients across a range of sectors on preparing entities for liquidation and she also manages solvent liquidations in the UK.
Rachel has significant experience with global legal entity rationalisation projects, working with clients and advisors to prepare for and finalise the elimination of entities in numerous jurisdictions. Rebecca has also worked on projects advising clients in the financial services sector on solvent wind down planning.
Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and prior to joining Teneo she worked at Deloitte UK.
