Pierre-Alain is a Senior Managing Director with deep experience advising financial services, financial technology and private equity clients on a global basis, with an industry specialization in FinTech.

Before joining Teneo, Pierre-Alain was a Managing Director at Arma Partners, a leading Tech/FinTech advisory firm focused on the middle market in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Arma, Pierre-Alain was Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Moelis & Company.

Pierre-Alain started his banking career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was a Director in Global Corporate and Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions Group in New York and London. Prior to banking, Pierre-Alain was a practicing attorney, working with the Corporate M&A Group of Linklaters in Brussels and London.

Pierre-Alain has an M.B.A from the University of Pennsylvania and also holds an LL.M. in business law from the Free University of Brussels.
