Patrick Loughran is a Senior Managing Director, advising on strategy, narrative, and messaging.

Patrick has over twenty years experience in strategy and campaigning. He is a former adviser to Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Peter Mandelson and previously worked as Director of Strategy for Blue Rubicon (later acquired by Teneo).

In new Labour’s time in Government, Patrick worked as a Special Adviser at No. 10 Downing Street and the Department for Business, and as the Labour Party’s Director of Policy and Head of Research, and in recent years, worked for Tony Blair again to help establish the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
