Nicole Sinclair is a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, where she focuses on corporate and executive positioning, narrative development, strategic media engagement, along with investor engagement. Her experience also includes M&A, shareholder activism and crisis management.

Prior to joining Teneo, Nicole served as Markets Correspondent for Yahoo Finance, where she reported on companies across a range of industries, along with key economic and market stories. Her sit-down video interviews included President Barack Obama, Bob Iger, Howard Schultz, Elizabeth Warren, Gary Cohn, Steven Mnuchin and Marc Benioff, among others.

Sinclair previously served a Research Director for Jim Cramer’s “Mad Money” on CNBC and was researcher for his book “Get Rich Carefully.” She also served as a senior producer at Bloomberg, helping launch the market close show.

She started her career as an investment banking analyst in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs in New York. She holds a B.A. from Harvard University.
