Nathan Adams is a Manager with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Nathan specialises in proving M&A solutions to clients facing challenging, complex or business critical issues where specialist situational expertise and experience is key to delivering the optimal outcome.

Nathan is an ACA Chartered Accountant.

Selected Project Experience:

• Sungard UK – Lead sell side M&A adviser to the Joint Administrators on two separate transactions for data centers and ancillary services.
• Project Highland – Lead M&A advisor to the Company and, subsequently, the Dutch bankruptcy Trustee, on the sale of the business and assets of the Group to a US trade buyer.
• Project Honour – Lead M&A advisor to The Hesley Group and its lenders, completing an asset carve out of certain trade and assets prior to a solvent share sale of the Group withing a highly regulated sector.
• Project Maryland – Sell side M&A advisor to Matalan on the pre-pack sale to the first lien noteholders.
• Project Bordeaux – Lead sell-side advisor to the company on an accelerated sales process for unybrands, an FBA brand aggregator.
• Perfect Home – Financial advisor to the Joint Administrators on the disposal of the business and assets of Perfect Home Holdings Limited.
