Naomi Leach

Manager

Naomi Leach is a Manager based in the Channel Islands with nearly a decade of experience supporting companies through restructuring and transformation.

Naomi’s main focus has been regulatory transformation; delivering business critical change programmes to organisations facing regulatory challenge and distress. Naomi also has experience in administration, insolvency & wind-down, operational change management, crisis management and contingency planning, and is increasingly interested in climate-related issues that face businesses. Naomi is also the co-lead for Teneo Pride UK, Teneo’s LGBT+ employee network and a committee member for the Guernsey Association for Compliance Officers.

Prior to joining Teneo, Naomi spent 4.5 years in Vietnam leading the foreign management department at the largest English-language school in the country, comprising 150 centres and 800 staff.

 

Selected Project Experience:

  • Responsible for part of the Project Management Office of a managed exit project for a UK company.
  • Supporting a corporate service provider prepare for a key regulatory visit.
  • Lead the wind down and termination of the pension book at a Guernsey trust company. Responsible for management of the pension team, end to end remediation and wind down of the structures and project reporting.
  • Provided AML expertise in conducting quality assurance reviews of customer due diligence for a Guernsey trust and corporate service provider.
  • Supported the investigation of a corporate service provider on behalf of a financial services regulator under statutory powers.
  • On the administration of Bulb Energy Limited, responsible for managing critical IT providers and the processing of payments.
