Milan Boscia is Vice President & Chief of Staff for People Advisory, U.S. She supports clients needs in executive search and people strategy.

Milan is a loyal teammate passionate about talent, healthcare and technology. Over the course of her executive search career, Milan has contributed to over 150+ successful searches at the Board, Operating Partner, C-Suite and VP level. In her role with Teneo, she contributes to all aspects of the search execution process including market research, project management, search strategy, and candidate development for the firm’s board and C-suite searches. She supports clients from both Fortune 100 and private equity-backed companies, across a variety of industries and sectors including consumer, software, SaaS and retail.

Prior to Teneo, Milan worked for Ross & Company, a specialist executive search firm serving private equity-backed healthcare companies. While at Ross, she owned the firm’s search execution process for clients spanning the healthcare vertical. Milan also served as an Associate at Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search firm, where she focused on candidate research and development.

Milan holds a B.A. in Sociology from Providence College.
