Mayjo Liu is a Senior Associate with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Hong Kong SAR. She focuses on public affairs, ESG consultancy, media relations across a wide international client portfolio ranging from philanthropy, conglomerate, financial technology, asset manager, and insurer.

She advises corporate clients on narrative development, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and driving media opportunities. Prior to joining Teneo, Mayjo worked with Hong Kong Broadband Network’s corporate business department, where she helped drive digital transformation for corporate clients. Mayjo also had exposure to the civil and public affairs sector through her work experience at the Department of Justice and the Democratic Party.

She was previously a Research Assistant at the University of Hong Kong, conducting investigations into open innovations and hackathons in Hong Kong SAR. Mayjo graduated from the University of Hong Kong, with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Politics and Criminology, specializing in international relations and comparative politics. Mayjo speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
