Max Holdsworth is a Senior Vice President with Teneo’s People Advisory team based in Singapore. With a focus on Asia, he works closely with the regional and global teams.

Through a partnership and team-based approach, Max has successfully delivered executive search projects spanning multiple sectors, working with clients ranging from SMEs and MNCs to family and private equity-owned organisations. In addition to general management and CEO placements, he has worked directly on board, operating board and director-level appointments across a range of key functional areas including commercial, digital, supply chain, HR and marketing.

Prior to joining Teneo, Max spent five and a half years with retail and consumer specialist executive search firm Barracuda Search. From 2018 to 2021 he was based in Hong Kong and responsible for establishing and building the company’s Asia business.

Max graduated from Durham University, with a year spent studying at the University of Bordeaux. He has subsequently completed executive training programmes in areas including human capital management and business process design with Cornell and MIT.
