Matthew Locke is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Matthew specialises in advising on reorganisations with a particular focus on companies with an element of distress. He advises primarily on debt restructurings (which includes acting for the company, lenders and sponsors) and insolvencies.
Prior to joining Teneo, Matthew was part of the Deloitte Mergers and Acquisitions Tax group which includes restructuring services. He spent ten years of his career at Deloitte having joined as a graduate from the University of Warwick where he obtained a First Class Degree.
