Matt Bosco is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo Management Consulting. Matt brings over 20 years of management consulting experience helping clients maximize the enterprise value of strategic investments in products, business operations, and technology. Matt joined Teneo in 2017, and has since served clients in technology, financial services, and eCommerce sectors.

Matt’s experience spans a broad range of strategic topics with an emphasis on delivering business outcomes, including: large scale complex transformation planning and mobilization, corporate development, product line strategy, new product development, operational risk management, operating and organization model design, business, and technology investment optimization, OPEX reduction, strategic sourcing, business capability / architecture strategy, value realization, and complex program mobilization / execution. Matt has served clients in payments, insurance, banking, consumer products, retail, media and telecom.

Prior to Teneo, Matt was a Principal at Liberty Advisor Group, where he held several business development and delivery roles, including account executive for a Fortune 100 bank & payments company. Additionally, Matt had several leadership roles in Accenture Strategy Practice for 13 years. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and a Master of Science from Purdue University.
