Matt Webb is a Director with Teneo based Leeds.

Matt is a member of Teneo’s tax restructuring network and leads the tax compliance team. Matt has over 14 years’ experience advising clients on a range of tax matters, including transaction structuring, due diligence, restructuring, tax compliance, and tax accounting.

Before joining Teneo in September 2021, Matt was Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services Lead for the East of England of a Big 4 firm, with a focus on providing transaction accounting support and audit of tax services for FTSE 350 and private equity owned groups. Prior to joining EY Matt was part of the Deloitte Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Group for six years, focussing on transaction structuring and due diligence and advising private equity owed groups post-acquisition.

Matt is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
