Marcus De Luca is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory business, based in London. Marcus leads People Advisory’s Infrastructure and Real Assets practice.

In addition to his role at Teneo, Marcus is currently a Senior Advisor to Lighthouse Infrastructure, an independent, sustainable infrastructure fund manager specialising in unlisted renewable energy and social infrastructure. He is also the Founder of INTAL Advisory, a leadership and executive coaching business for leaders within the global infrastructure industry.

Marcus’ executive career includes over eight years with Heidrick & Struggles, where he held a number of leadership positions in the Financial Services Practice and was Partner, Global Head of Infrastructure. Prior to this, Marcus worked with Korn Ferry in Melbourne and London where he specialised in infrastructure and private equity as a Partner in the Global Financial Markets team.

Marcus started his career as a lawyer specialising in Corporate Finance. He has worked in private practice and in-house at a European bank.
