Marc Pion

Vice President

Marc Pion is a Vice President at Teneo in Montreal. He helps clients achieve their goals and manage complex situations through his expertise in strategy, corporate development, financial management and international business.

Before joining Teneo, Marc led the early-stage growth and strategic development of Bombardier’s newly established Defense & Government Services venture. He advised senior leadership and managed key strategic transactions across North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Previously, he was based in Washington, DC, where he worked in strategic planning and investments for an $8B+ global endowment fund. He then served in diplomatic and advisory roles with Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs, including as Regional Security Manager for Europe and as a Senior Officer in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from Harvard College and earned an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, where he was awarded a Presidential Fellowship.
