Mancy Yu is Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business, based in Hong Kong SAR.
With over a decade of experience working in media, international organizations and financial advisory, Mancy has advised leading organizations and large conglomerates on profile raising, reputation management, public engagement and impact generation. Before joining Teneo, Mancy was a public affairs consultant at SEC Newgate, where she was responsible for advising technology, consumer goods and public institutions clients on strategic communications, issue and crisis management, as well as public policy and government relations.
Mancy began her career as a legislative assistant at the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. Later, she transitioned into a role as a TV producer and current affairs reporter at Phoenix TV, specializing in US-China relations and Asia-Pacific regional security. She also has worked in communications roles within the United Nations and World Bank Group.
