Lucy Crook is an Associate Director with Teneo’s People Advisory team. She focuses on executive and non-executive level appointments across consumer, retail, leisure and FMCG businesses.

Prior to executive search, Lucy spent 12 years in senior brand and marketing roles, primarily within the FMCG space, working with a range of businesses from large-scale multinationals to founder-led. This relevant industry experience enables her to understand and support the needs of our clients and future talent.

She holds a BCom in Business Studies from The University of Birmingham.
