Lucy Crook is an Associate Director with Teneo’s People Advisory team. She focuses on executive and non-executive level appointments across consumer, retail, leisure and FMCG businesses.

Prior to executive search, Lucy spent twelve years in senior brand and marketing roles, primarily within the FMCG space. Lucy’s marketing career was formed at Mars and developed with Britvic and Fuller, Smith & Turner. Lucy used this experience to build a marketing consultancy, working with multi-nationals and founder-led companies. This relevant industry experience makes her well placed to understand and support the needs of our clients and future talent.

She holds a BCom in Business Studies from The University of Birmingham.
