Lisa Mazza is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory team. She joined the firm in 2018 and leads on chief executive, chair and non executive director appointments across banking, market infrastructure and asset management.

Lisa advises on executive and non executive board succession and helps clients build and enhance forward looking and inspiring boards. She has extensive experience working with FTSE main market, subsidiary, mutual and private/pre-IPO businesses.

Prior, Lisa spent 10 years in global markets with HSBC and BNP Paribas and co-founded a marketplace for machine learning algorithms.

She holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of London and a Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.
