Leo van der Borgh
Global Head of Operations
Leo van der Borgh is Global Head of Operations with Teneo.
In this role he is responsible for staffing, pricing and planning. He also oversees talent recruitment, retention and development in conjunction with the Head of Talent, and works with the rest of the Senior Leadership on business strategy and budgeting.
Leo previously worked as a strategy consultant for ten years and has worked in several startups. He holds an MA in Economics for Cambridge University.
