Lauren Pincott is Head of Talent and COO for Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business in Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.

In her dual-role, Lauren sits at the intersection of people and the business. As a trusted partner to regional leadership team, she is responsible for aligning Teneo’s organisational objectives across people, culture, capabilities, structure and processes.

Prior to Teneo, Lauren held a similar role with a global technology-focused communications consultancy, leading their HR and operations across Greater China. She previously worked at HSBC, where she led employee communications for their Global Functions. Here she supported senior executives in the areas of Finance, Risk, Financial Crime Risk and HR with their strategic internal communication initiatives.

Lauren is a committee member of the People Forum at the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor in Communications from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
