Kristen provides strategic counsel to Teneo’s largest global clients across the disciplines of financial communications, investor relations, transaction communications and corporate reputation management.

In this capacity, Kristen advises clients and their leadership teams on their communications strategies and messaging, refines company narratives to highlight clients’ growth potential and value proposition and designs plans for key stakeholder engagement. She also has extensive experience supporting clients with special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, crisis communications and management transitions.

Before joining Teneo in 2013, Kristen was a vice president on Fleishman-Hillard’s Corporate & Financial Communications team. Prior to that, she worked at FTI Consulting as part of the Financial Services team.

Kristen graduated with honors from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a B.S. degree in public relations. She lives with her husband, son and West Highland terrier in Winter Park, FL.
