Klaudia Vas is a Director within the UK Management Consulting division of Teneo, specialised in Health and Social Care.

Since joining Teneo (then known as Credo) in 2015, Klaudia has worked on close to 50 engagements across the UK, the Middle East, the CIS region and the US, spanning a range of industries, including Health and Social Care; Enterprise Software; Business & Support Services; Transport; Private Equity and Financial Investors; Telecoms; and Industrial Goods.

Over the last few years, her focus has primarily been on leading engagements in the Health and Social Care practice, working with NHS Trusts, private hospitals, veterinary care groups, diagnostic providers, and care home operators, with extensive experience in clinical strategy development, organisational and governance design for NHS Trusts, workforce management optimisation, market entry and growth strategy design, and due diligence support.
