Kim O’Mahony is a Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, working from both New York and Dublin.
Known for her engaging and tactile facilitation style, Kim collaborates closely with clients to shape brand strategies that are data and insight-led, action-oriented and strategically sound. She specializes in strategic planning, brand development, and qualitative and quantitative research. She brings a deep expertise in consumer brand positioning, narrative development and insight-led strategy, guiding corporate and consumer narrative projects from inception through execution.
Before joining Teneo, Kim built a robust career across both agency and client-side roles in sectors such as FMCG, finance, pharma, technology and health. She held positions including Strategic Planning Director, Innovation Specialist, and Qualitative and Quantitative Research Manager. She was also EMEA &APJ Marketing Manager at SolarWinds, a global security software business.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce & German from University College Dublin, an MSc in Marketing Practice from Smurfit Business School and is currently finishing her Executive MBA at University College Cork. Passionate about education, Kim has also lectured on the MSc Marketing program at MTU and delivered business and brand development programs with UpSheRises, an organization supporting female entrepreneurs.
