Khary Ward is a Recruiting Associate with Teneo, based in New York.

Prior to joining Teneo, Khary was a financial services senior recruitment associate at WhiteCap Search, a boutique recruitment consulting agency. At WhiteCap Search, he and his team were responsible for sourcing and placing entry-level to senior alternative investment professionals.

Before that he worked as an Account Executive in Business Development at the Scutum Group. At Scutum, Khary was responsible for managing the relationships of real estate development and property management firms in addition to prospecting and pitching new clients for engineering bids. Prior to that he worked as a manager at healthcare and biotech activist firm Sarissa Capital Management LP. Before Sarissa Capital Management LP, Khary was a Relationship Associate at Franklin Templeton Investments and an Analyst at State Street Bank.

Khary earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Plattsburgh College. He is an Associate Board Member of the Harlem School of the Arts and sits on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of Plattsburgh College.
