Julianne Ilebode-Akisanya is a Senior Manager with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in London.

Julianne specialises in healthcare strategy and transformation with experience leading teams and advising clients across the healthcare sector. She has particular experience in integrated care, strategic planning, customer transformation and system/organisation design.

She has previously worked with PwC UK, GE Healthcare Partners and ENT UK at the Royal College of Surgeons. Prior to her consulting career, Julianne participated in the Teach First Leadership Development Programme teaching maths at a South London secondary school. Julianne has also served on the Teach First Board of Trustees as an ambassador trustee and currently serves as the Chair of Teach First Trading Limited.

She holds a master’s degree in Leadership from University College of London Institute of Education and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of York.
