Joe Barry is a Director with Teneo based in Birmingham with over 10 years’ experience in Restructuring and Turnaround.

Joe specialises in supporting lenders, corporates and investors to navigate distress and volatility. His skillset encompasses the full spectrum of Restructuring work including; cash flow optimisation, divestment of non-core assets, operational improvement, independent business reviews and insolvency.

Joe works across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Construction. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and JIEB qualified. Joe is  also currently studying towards an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School on the Distance Learning Programme.
