Jodie Mathews is an Associate at Teneo in Sydney. Prior to joining Teneo, Jodie held multiple roles working for the Federal Government of Australia.

In her most recent role, Jodie worked as the Senior Media and Communications Advisor to the Shadow Attorney-General and Shadow Minister for Indigenous Australians, Julian Leeser MP. She advised the Member on matters of policy in his Ministerial Portfolios, as well as being responsible for all his media engagement.

In addition, she was the Senior Media and Communications Advisor to the former Member for Wentworth and Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties, Dave Sharma MP. She was also the Community Liaison for the former Member for Mackellar, Jason Falinski MP.

Jodie is a Dalyell Scholar at the University of Sydney and is undertaking a double degree to attain a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in international relations, while also studying a Bachelor of Modern Language, in French.
