Jess is a Senior Vice President with Teneo’s People Advisory team.

Jess joins Teneo with 8 years of experience in Executive Search and Talent Advisory. She previously served as a Managing Consultant in the Sports, Hospitality, Media & Entertainment and Consumer Products practices at Korn Ferry. She has successfully led full lifecycle search engagements for a varied portfolio of clients, with an emphasis on resorts and hotels, sports teams and leagues, CPG brands, and digital and traditional media outlets.

Jess began her career with Ligature Partners (now LPA Search Partners) where she focused on talent development for clients in the K-12 Educational Technology and Nonprofit sectors. A passionate advocate of education and development, Jess previously worked with Kaplan Premier, preparing students for the SAT and ACT.

Jess holds a BA in English and Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance from Muhlenberg College.
