Jenny Pratt is a Practice Manager with Teneo’s People Advisory business, having joined the firm following Teneo’s acquisition of Ridgeway.

Jenny  joined Ridgeway in 2018 as an executive assistant in the Board practice. Now working in the Insurance practice, she is responsible for all client and candidate management on insurance searches. Prior to joining Ridgeway, Jenny worked at the executive search firms HIEC and Renovata Partners.
