Jennifer Currie is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Jennifer predominately works with Corporates, across a range of businesses, to support in delivering both their financial and operational transformations. She also has extensive experience with cash and working capital management.
Her technical capabilities are coupled with advanced stakeholder management skills and a hands-on approach to supporting management teams.
Selected Project Experience:
- ED&F Man – Supported the management team to co-ordinate and manage the process to assess, prepare and enable the sale of the commodities business with circa $7bn in revenue that employed over 2,800 employees in 43 countries.
- Matalan – Part of the advisory team to the board of Matalan on the terms and implementation of a holistic £500m recapitalisation, including a material reduction in bond debt and injection of £100m of new money, alongside creditors taking ownership of the business
- Capita Plc – Supported the management team over a multi-year transformation program, working across several workstreams that included a 5-year business plan, liquidity management, working capital optimisation, re-financing activities and other key activities.
- WFS – Supported the management team to stabilise the liquidity position following the onset of Covid-19 as well as supported the delivery of a rapid reforecast that identified substantial SAG savings.
- Cell C – Part of the advisory team to Cell C, a South African telecommunications company on its $1bn+ debt and operational restructuring that included liquidity.
