Jennifer Bell is a Managing Director with Teneo and has an extensive background in public affairs, stakeholder relations, and corporate communications.
Prior to joining Teneo, Jennifer served as Chief of Staff to Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure. In that role, she managed relations with government stakeholders and private and public sector partners to deliver on multi-billion-dollar investments in transportation, public works, and broadband communications.
She has also served as Communications Director for one of North America’s largest insurance companies, overseeing advertising on multiple platforms, and leading all communications, reputation, and issues management activities.
Jennifer’s prior experience includes roles in Canada’s federal government and Ontario’s provincial assembly – as a Ministerial advisor and senior communications strategist. Jennifer holds a PhD in English Literature from the University of Alberta.
